This log entry marks the date when I picked up my newly made Shelley Park “Encore” guitar from Pioneer Music, which is a local music store.
I had contacted Shelley Park a few months earlier and asked about buying one of her guitars and she told me that she would send one to Pioneer Music in Portland, OR, when she finishes it. I made arrangements to greet the guitar with my wallet when it arrived.
I has a sitka spruce top and an indian rosewood body. It plays beautifully. I wouldn’t want any other instrument.
