On this day, I received my first 3 Robin Nolan gypsy jazz guitar method books, and I begin to learn the art of gypsy guitar with much more dedication. I know that this will be a long and tedious journey for me, as a musician, but for some strange reason, I feel a strange attraction to this music. For me, it will be a way of life. I will immerse myself in it and make it part of me.
For the past two years, I made little progress and spent little time playing my guitar. Mabye it was because I am addicted to Lindy Hop. Mabye it was because I wanted to stay in shape, and I spent too much time in the gym. I don’t really know what happened, but I am finally back on the horse again.
